I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indigo (Memphis, TN) in Dec 2018
Interview
I applied in September I had a 30 minute phone interview in November and finally an in person interview in December. Very nice office. I met with 4 of the team members for 30 minutes each, all of them seemed nice and asked basic questions about my experience and background. The only difficulty with the interview was the time length. This is definitely a “culture” driven team. I don’t think experience or background matter. They’re definitely trying to be “different” from the typical corporate process and environment but they’re not. They actually call and tell you that you didn’t get the job. I was excited about the company coming to Memphis and providing so many jobs for the city, but now I’m honestly not sure who those jobs are for and if we stand a chance. I can see diversity and inclusion being an issue for them.

Thanks very much for taking the time to write feedback on your interview process. I'm glad to hear you are complimentary of the office space. We are very focused on mission and culture, although I'm sorry to hear that you got the sense that experience does not matter as it is also important. Thank you also for bringing attention to diversity and inclusion - it is a key area of focus for us - it's important, and something we are measuring and creating initiatives around.

Interview
Very inviting and thorough interview with 5 individuals. Definitely helps Company and candidate identify if the Mission, Culture and expectations are a good fit. Collaboration is critical. Provided good feedback along the way.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indigo (Memphis, TN) in Apr 2017
Interview
Interview process was very in depth and was interviewed by various people over the morning. Each interviewer asked different questions so there was little overlapping. Some time was spent talking about background and skills that would be related to job. Knowing what the position requires before interviewing really helps.
