I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indigo (Charlestown, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Phone screen followed by one zoom 30 minute interview followed by half a day of in-person interviews. Really positive experience and conversational interview style. Quick communication in between interviews too.

Interview
Indigo Ag really takes a lot of time to try and get to know you as a person. After the initial phone call interview, the on-site interview is very thorough and in-depth. You will likely get to talk with multiple people on the team one-on-one. I was asked a lot about my soft skills, what I am passionate about, and what I want to get from this position/experience.

Interview
After a phone screening, expect to spend at least four hours on-site. You talk to a lot of people on the team and also have to do a WHO interview that covers your whole life and background. A lot of problem solving questions but other than that pretty standard.
