I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Indigo (Boston, MA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Email from recruiter to set-up a call. She was late to the call and unprepared. Quickly ended the call without much information regarding the next steps. The next person to contact me was someone from the group. She reached out on her own - not through the recruiter. After this call the recruiter NEVER got back in touch. I had to reach out to the person I spoke with two weeks later to find out what was going on. Got an email back. One of the worst candidate experiences I have EVER had.
Thank you for your feedback! I apologize you did not have a great first call with Indigo and that it took longer than expected to hear from us on next steps. We strive to have great candidate experiences and apologize we fell short here. Thank you again!
Quick and efficient from start (getting the phone screen from recruiting) to offer. The interview itself was quite lengthy though, including 6-8 individuals including hiring chain and stakeholders. Very conversational about past experiences, hypothetical approach to real business problems.
