Started with a brief phone interview which went well. I received feedback the same day and was invited in for an on site interview. I met with 4 people for 30 minutes each. Total of 2 hours. Everyone was friendly but several questions were the same from the different interviewers. It would have flowed smoother were it a panel interview. Also, one interviewer who I connected the least withe still had some of his morning oatmeal stuck in his gross, hipster beard. It was awfully distracting. I honestly believe this is where my downturn began. I received no constructive feedback after the interview other than the timing was off. As a recruiting professional, I pride myself on demanding and providing detailed, honest feedback. The questions were mostly basic and it was difficult to come up with questions to ask them by the time the last interviewer finished. I don't know if anyone is prepared to have 8 or more questions to ask. Especially if some are asked and answered during the flow of the conversation.
