I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Tokio) in Nov 2019
Interview
Quite a long process overall, many interviews but nothing out of the ordinary for a PM role in a tech company of this caliber.
It was however very fast to get answers. Interviewers do their best to make you comfortable.
The last interview is a real challenge and left me brain dead

Question 1
Classic Product design questions like 'how would you improve product X'
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on your interview for the Product Manager role in Tokyo. We're happy to hear that you've accepted our offer and we look forward to having you on our team #insideindeed
The interview with hiring manager is very straightforward. The interview talk about the expectation of performance, future tasks, team structure. The hiring manager is very open. It's very helpful to understand the company and role.
Recruiter reached out and set up a 45 minute intro call and then set up a call with hiring manager for the following week. After that never heard back from recruiter or hiring manager even after emailing both. Very odd, I thought the interview went well, but strange that a company that exists to serve the jobseeker, "to help people get jobs" doesn't even treat their own applicants with respect. After emailing a few times, I gave up and moved on in my search. Very disappointing.
