Communications via email. Actual interview through phone. Interviewer asks questions and gave case questions. What was learnt from my MBA program was useful for the interview.The people from this company are casual and uses the agile process. I think it'll be cool to work in a company like this.

6 rounds of interviews, too many interviews to receive a job offer and way too many interviews to make a final decision, should be 3 tops, kept adding another interview at end
