Once Shortlisted first round will be Aptitude and writing test result will be announced immediately. Next is HR round Salary discussion and other discussion. Next Manager Round it is final and result will be announced on the same day.

Very thorough interview process. Performed 4 interviews. All friendly and professional at the same time. Each interview lasted about an hour. Talked about my background, got informed about what the company does globally as well as that particular branch. A very good experience all in all.
