I was contacted on linked in from a recruiter. I met with the recruiter 2 times which then scheduled a 3 hour interview with hiring mangers. Hiring managers met with me asked me about myself, my job history, and asked me a lot about my previous experience.

Typical two-step process: phone screen with IQVIA recruiter, then a video interview with two hiring managers. For the second interview, I was asked to prepare a 10 min presentation. The recruiter shared the presentation topic immediately after our phone screen and I had about a week to prepare.
