5 Interview stages: recruiter, hiring manager, VP, panel interview, presentation.
Everyone was relatively friendly. The recruiter was not very helpful at all (QualityMetric). I was given less than 24 hours notice to prep a presentation. I had to reach out to her several times to get an idea what each interview would entail. The coordinator would schedule the meeting, and I would not receive a follow-up email about the details of who I was interviewing with (especially when it came to my presentation) from the recruiter unless I reached out first. This was incredibly unprofessional.

Interview
The interview process was slow and quite drawn out. In total, I completed five interviews. The interviewers were lovely, and the questions were generally reasonable and not overly difficult. However, the process itself often felt unclear. For example, after my final-round interview, I was told I had received positive feedback and that they wanted to progress me to another final round. In that subsequent interview, I was told there may not be enough business in the area I had applied for, and asked whether I would be open to working in other areas, despite a previous interviewer suggesting they wanted me to specialise in a different area. Overall, I found the communication somewhat inconsistent and confusing. The process took around three months in total, which felt unnecessarily drawn out.
Mix of behavioral and technical skills. Focus on understanding the current role and diversity of experiences. How I managed a team, handled challenging situations, value I bring to the table
