Question 1
Describe your process of work when you need to develop a data solution.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQVIA (Shanghái, Shanghai)
Interview
The interview process had three rounds: the first was pure coding, the second was coding plus a technical interview with engineers, and the third was with the Team Leader, where we went through some scenario-based questions. I felt the conversation went quite well, but they eventually told me they aren't looking to spend time training fresh graduates—they need someone who can hit the ground running.
