Overall the process was well organized and very flexible. I enjoyed the interviews I had but was very disappointed to receive an automated decline. I would have thought a personal email from the recruiter would have been a nicer touch. Definitely impacted my impression of IQVIA.

How will your experience help you in the role you’re applying for?
I really questioned the process of reviewing resumes. For someone who just applied like 5min ago, immediately I received a rejection email. Makes me really think they have someone in mind already or this is a fake job posting and they just want to test market or collect data.
