5. HR Discussion
The office looks cool in Bangalore, they address you properly. You need not wait for a long time. Technical Interviews would be purely technical. Once you were able to clear the two technical rounds you will get a chance to interact with the manager who gives an insight about the company and the job functionalities that you would be going through. If the interaction is positive they will forward your resume to the HR round where an HR will note down all your details related to package, strength, weakness, reason for change etc and shall call you within next two days and give the feedback.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Bengaluru) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied through referral. My friends pg's roommate was already working in IQVIA and his maanger was looking for a senior database developer resource. My resume was forwarded to her and she really liked it and initiated the hiring process. I was in a different city so they had to organise telephonic interviews. The first round was most important. The interview went on for 40/45 minutes. All were on database and all involved core database concepts and development expertise.
The recruitment HR was in touch with me during the whole process and was a genuine professional guy. After I cleared my first round, second telephonic round was scheduled with a manager. He was a really nice guy, did not get into much technical things, asked few questions on unix and oracle 12c. We had more of a informal conversation about my hobbies and if I am really upto learning new technologies. I cleared the 2nd round and the HR asked me to come to Bangalore for a face to face interaction with the manager. He also mentioned that the cost of transportation will have to be born by me which I agreed to. I came to Bangalore, met the manager, she was a nice lady and the interview went pretty well. The salary negotiation happened on the same day although they did not accept what I had asked for and also told me that they want me to join in 2 months while my notice period was for 3 months. I got the offer letter after around 25 days.
