Zunächst ein Telefoninterview mit Fragen zum Wechselwunsch und Motivation. Ein kleiner Teil des Gesprächs auf Englisch um Kentnisse zu überprüfen. Kurze Aufklärung über die ausgeschriebenen Stelle. Als zweites Telefonvorstellungsgespräch mit zwei Personen über Skype. Sehr nett. Situiationsbezogene Fragen (Was machen Sie wenn?), Gehalt, Fragen wie viele Zentren man momentan betreut und welche Erfahrungen man hat. Sehr nettes Gespräch. Angenehm.

I completed a recorded interview, and the recruiter remained in contact via email throughout the process. I was later informed of the rejection along with detailed reasons, which I appreciated as it’s not very common and was quite helpful.

Interview
Following the online application, an email was sent with a link to the recruitment interview. Using this link, you log into the system and answer the questions they ask via video. If the outcome is positive, a suitable date is arranged with the recruiter and a telephone interview is conducted. If you are deemed suitable at this stage, I believe your interviews with the team begin. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage.
