Interview
Was referred by an employee. Had a CV screen and then 2 interviews followed by a presentation. Overall pretty lightweight though it did require specialized knowledge of pharma. overall the process seemed a bit erratic. people were friendly and office as very nice, very professional. The process took a really long time which was disappointing.
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.

What does the Canadian market access pathway look like?
HR reach out for a comprehensive call interview. Then I had a case interview with a manager and then after that is another one with partner. Discussion with partner can be diverse, from casing to behaviour.
