IQVIA Centralized Monitor interview questions

Two rounds. Both with hiring managers. Very fast hiring process. I received confirmation about hiring in about 3 days after the second round. Polite people with clear description of the role

Gave my interview in October 2021. Cleared the interview round and aptitude test. The HR process is very slow and frankly seem to be very disinterested. The HR does not bother to respond to calls or emails and have a very unprofessional vibe about them. I wanted to get into the company because I had heard only good reviews from my friends. It has now been 3 months and still no offer letter. What was the point of the gruelling interview wherr they asked almost 30-35 questions? Don't treat candidates like garbage. Live upto the reputation of your company. Disgrace.
