IQVIA Associate Consultant interview questions

Someone from Talent Acquisition contacted me to request a phone interview and after I provided my availability, he never got back to me. I even followed up twice to check in because I understand it's very busy on their end, but I guess this is just their way of changing their mind. Pretty unprofessional but it sounds like this was the one off case..

So far have had an general competency interview with a recruiter, will next have a 1 hour case study interview, if I make it to final round it will then be a 3 hour interview, 1 hour competency 2 hours case study.
