IQVIA Analyst interview questions

First round interview took about 30 minutes to see how I could solve a problem. No right answer they just want to see your thought process. Same for the second round interview. After each interview they immediately offered me a follow up interview. The last round took all afternoon with an excel exam. They all seemed pretty nice, but I was never offer a position.

The company checks your technical acumen along with communication skills. A good knowledge or expertise in any tool/language is definitely a plus. Be prepared to share some stories which shows that you out-performed at your current job. It's a fairly easy process!
