IPSY Senior Growth Program Manager interview questions

Video call with team member, followed by take home assignment. Take home project was solving a problem they are directly working on (one of my major pet peeves) asking how to increase retention in one quarter. I signed up for ipsy as part of the project research flow. I emailed the recruiter asking if they had any test accounts or discount codes I would use, and was told no. After gathering the info I needed, I attempted to cancel my subscription. No lie it took me two days to cancel. Almost the impossible to do. The dark patterns were astounding, super unethical and possibly illegal. This alone turned me off from ipsy. Oh, then they ghosted me and did not follow up with feedback after I had spent several hours carefully crafting and submitting a product roadmap. Not good people.
