The process was completely disorganized with the final round communicated as final but then proceeding to additional interviews. At the end, they decided to cancel hiring for the role. Ipsy completely wasted my time and was not respectful or serious. If you’re going to require candidates to take that much time out of their work schedule, you should be serious about staffing a role.
Don’t waste your time. My experience clearly shows they have no idea what they’re doing. Beware, there have been lots of shakeups and turnover as of late. In addition, the company lost their key resource/influencer/differentiator - their CEO
