I interviewed via Zoom with 2 supervisors. It was such a great interview! They were super professional and friendly and made me feel so welcome. I studied intensively for this interview and honestly feel like I nailed every question and was met with smiles and laughter! But 3 days later I got an email saying I didn’t get it. I’m not sure what they’re looking for! I had 6 years of direct customer service experience. I’m still bummed about it! I sent an email for feedback as this is my dream company to work for and didn’t receive a response.
