Ipsy must have had a mass exodus because it's obvious they are scavenging for new candidates. These people are leaches, and it was clearly obvious that they are trying to use candidates for ideas. I interviewed with an Asian woman who spoke very bad English, and didn't even introduce herself on the call. About 10 minutes into the conversation, she was trying to pull my experience for new ideas, and then she told me that the next "step" would be a "new product exercise." WORD FROM THE WISE: DON'T DO IT. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL QUESTION AT FOR THIS LEVEL POSITION. THIS IS A SENIOR DIRECTOR OR VP LEVEL QUESTION, NOT A MANAGER QUESTION. THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR IDEAS.
