it stared with a common email to recieve the applicants at the big store
then two face to face interview about experience and skills and personal values
third one was about technical question to draw a store layput based on a space and to use given fixtures and products (dinning-wares) to place them. its had a twist which i didnt notice, There was a piller in the area and how one can use it without causing a break in the flow of the store layouts. The whole team were so nice.
Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
