Invitation for an initial video interview, second stage is a phone call with the recruitment team, last stage is a technical interview with the hiring manager and senior developer. The initial video interview is behavior questions based.

Can you tell me about your recent development project? How do you keep up-to-date with the latest technologies? Could you tell me about a time where you encounter conflicts within a team?

Interview
It's just the first round with the recruiting manager. The interview was rescheduled once, and the whole process consisted of me answering questions by question. It was pretty different from what others said and what I expected from Ikea.
Friendly interview. The test mechanism was PROVEN broken. I reported that on spot. They did not even reply for 3 days, nor to my problem nor afterwards, until I got a generic message of non selection.
