My interview with ikea was great experience and pleasant conversation and quite welcoming . It was mostly about technical experience and problem solving skills and culture fit for ikea. It’s good to read about ikea history to learn about ikea working culture.

Received a mail from HR for a phone interview with a recruiting specialist and it went more like an interrogation and uncomfortable and never received a feedback. Didn't expected interview would like this from a reputed company like IKEA

Interview
A short phone interview followed by a group interview with hiring manager and another architect. Final interview was a grandparent interview with the Unit Manager.
The interviews were 'soft' - no hard questions, basically just conversations with relevant people. They were conducted in a pleasant manner and were not stressful at all.
