the do an initial interview by phone, then there is a test about core java (if you apply for software engineer java), and another interview with the boss. The test is of medium difficulties, there are alsofew questions about multithread and j2ee

Panel interview. Common linux OS questions. Programming C and C++ fundamentals. Multiple teams interviewed in the same round. HR got back to me within a week with an offer. Started within 3 weeks of offer.

2-3 interviews long 40 min plus. Depending on what countries you are going to work in.(US, Canada, Europe)
Most of HR do not know what are the qualifications required for the job so it makes the interview really hard.
