Interview
First interview consisted of a face to face with their software manager and business development manager. It was a complete CV review and behavioural questions. Previous experiences and team work were the main focus. It was a friendly interview. I was called for the second interview after few days.
Second interview was a technical test (C++). I requested for a C++ test.

Second interview was a technical test (C++). It had quite good technical questions including algorithms, thread synchronization principals, optimizing algos and technical questions on basics.
