IGA interview questions

Not bad at all very friendly people. Very straightforward process and not very intrusive. General questions nothing to challenging with one or two individuals. Short and to the point very friendly

The interview process at IGA Deli was pretty straightforward. I started by submitting my application online, and not long after, I got a call for a phone screening. It was brief, just a few questions about my availability and why I wanted to work there. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. When I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the interviewer was friendly. They asked about my previous experience and how I’d handle certain situations with customers. I felt like they really wanted to know if I’d fit in with the team. After the interview, I didn’t have to wait long to hear back. I received an offer and was excited to join such a community-focused place. Overall, it was a positive experience that emphasized both skills and personality.
