I applied through college in September 2012.The interview was conducted in two phases-Group Discussion(GD) and Personal interview.In GD candidates will be given document about a situation, go through it,analyse and have a discussion in the group.Those who make through GD have to attend personal interview.

Most difficult part is GD where candidates have to be at their aggressive best.Their communication and, clarity of thought must be absolutely accurate and spot on.
