I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IDEA Cellular (Allahabad) in Dec 2016

Interview

First round was an online test which contain 3 sections(1 aptitude and 2 technical sections) followed by GD.then they shortlisted 3-4 from each group for the personal interviews.technical section contains majority of qns from mobile communication

Question 1

Started with HR questions.then they asked about GSM channel types,up/down freq of GSM.difference between satellite and GSM up/down freq.explain b.tech project then m.tech thesis.then had a healthy discussion on thesis topic.
