IDEA Cellular Graduate Engineer Trainee interview questions

The return test contains 3 parts . 1. aptitude 2. technical 3. technical-2. Technical will be difficult. The the process is followed by presentation and a group discussion . This is where the partiality starts. They will take 9 members for GD and they will shortlist 4 members from that . 2 girls and 2 boys. If only 2 girls sit for GD then irrespective of how they talk they will be shortlisted to interviews. Boys need to be very much talkative, they mainly observe English ( should be very good) not your technical skills. Interview is combo or HR and tech where they ask some crazy and stupid question and bare with them. At the end they will take equal no of girls and boys. They dont want technical skills as per the procedure, even though you fake them with some lengthy and wrong answers you will be selected. Very unfair selection process.
