ICON Project Manager interview questions

This company has the worst recruiters. They schedule the initial interview. During the interview, the recruiter was rude and had no intention of knowing the candidate whatsoever. They will keep all other candidates as back up hiring the final candidate. Then, they will never get back to you. This speaks to the culture of the company clearly. This happened with two recruiters from the same company.

Relaxed but assertive, had to be knowledgable about the role and what to expect. Also be able to answer STAR questions and questions about your experience and how you can use that for the role
