ICON Project Analyst interview questions

HR was pleasant throughout, however the process was quite lengthy. Date for decision kept being extended. Had to take the initiative to follow-up in order to stay informed. There were 3 interview stages; initial screening for your suitability for the role by HR, a phone interview with someone in your prospective department, and then an in-person interview which included the regular competency-based questions, discussing your skill set and a presentation that you have a couple of days to prepare for. All in all, it was an average interview process.
