Very quick process met several members of team over 2 rounds of interviews, each lasting approx 45 mins - 1hr. Organized very quickly, process seemed very straightforward and staff very engaging
Onsite interview
Well organised, professional and friendly
Encouraged questions
Confirmed that staff worked additional hours at particularly busy periods, which the reality is different (it’s always busy and leaving on time is unusual )
