Interview
It was an easy interview process. Lasted about 2 weeks.
I applied on the company website and received a email next day asking to schedule a phone call with the hiring manager. After passing the screening phone call I was scheduled for a video interview with the project manager. After the video interview I received an offer within the next two business days.

The recruitment team were really good at communicating with me via email and were punctual in getting back to me. They were very friendly and I highly recommend this role for any freshers in Swansea.

First quick call with recruiter to check job requirements, pre-recorded interview via HireVue, once I passed I had a final interview with 2 managers, one hour long. The entire process took two weeks.

Interview
It is a simple two-stage process: first, you'll be asked to answer five recorded questions. You'll have 15 seconds to read the question and up to 2 minutes to answer. Then, you'll move on to the interview with the hiring manager. The whole process takes 2 weeks.
