I've been rejected on the very initial stage of application process. My profile was perfectly matching the vacancy specifications, however, I wasn't even invited to the interview. Most probably they already have people preselected and advertise the jobs only to show as if they are compliant with the procedures.
Overall, I'm very disappointed.
