I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ICON (Dublín, Dublín)
Interview
Interview process was not great. I was called to an interview, but they didn't give me the right date so I showed up on the wrong day. They looked into it and it was a system glitch. I then had to take more time off work the following day to attend.
1st interview was pretty standard, the current employee who I would have been replacing and their manager. Usual questions about skills and how you would have handled situations, update about the role and requirements etc. They advised if I got through to the next round I would be meeting with 2 Senior Management employees who own the overall position.
I was called to the 2nd round interviews, along with 1 other person I believe. Interview went well and again nothing unexpected. I was advised I would be informed in the following weeks.
I never got updated on the role, or contacted to say I wasn't successful etc. I found out who got the role through industry colleagues.
Very poor show for such a large organisation

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ICON
Interview
Easy and conversational. Was reached out to, by the recruiter and the process went off quite smoothly. Initial discussions were phone based and then the final rounds were face to face
