ICON CRA II interview questions

The interview itself was a bit harsh. They ask questions from ALCOA principles to your experience as a CRA from the gate. It took about 4 weeks to get my offer.

Phone screen with HR professional reviewing experience and CV, then skype/video interview with two line managers for approximately 1.5 hours. Skype interview questions will test CRAs' knowledge of GCP, CFR, and clinical research in general, as well as work ethic, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
