ICON Analyst interview questions

Recruited during college. 1 hour on-site interview which director, which was an interactive case study. Called back for interviews at the office. 3 rounds. 1 45 minute behavioral interview with a senior analyst. 1 case study with another director. 1 case study with a consultant. Received offer 2-3 weeks after interview.

Stage 1 interview: First I had a general interview about my CV and all questions centred around that which lasted around 30 minutes. Next I had another interview which lasted 1 hr where 20 mins was spent on a general competency based interview and the last 40 mins on a case study. The case study given had little information and you had to ask the correct questions to figure out the outcome.
