I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Armonk, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was recruited through my university's on-campus recruitment program by the Chief Analytics Office. I submitted my resume through the university career portal, and was contacted about two weeks later to schedule an interview on campus. The on-campus interview was two back-to-back 30-minute interviews focusing 50/50 on behavioral questions and case questions. Five days later I was invited for a final round on-site interview in Armonk, NY. Before that interview I had to complete a data analysis challenge and create a presentation for a panel of interviewers which I would give during my on-site. In addition to the presentation, I had 45-minute interviews with two senior strategy consultants with one mini case each.
