I was approached for a role HR and initial screening was easy They gave a good impression Gave me details on salary band, benefits, location details, hybrid working Hiring manager interview was done in person - there was another colleague in the room Fairly informal

I was referred by an employee, then contacted by recruiter. Interviews were conducted with hiring manager, peer panel and practice leaders. I received feedback from the initial recruiter after each interaction. The final offer was negotiated with HR via the recruiter.
