IBM Project Manager interview questions

Detailed project management questions, experience in data migration, cloud technology. They conducted 2 rounds of interviews followed by hr and salary negotiation. Overall the process was completed within a week.

I applied online and got an initial screening HR call a week after that. Then 2 days post the screening call, received the call to schedule a panel interview. About the interview: Really conversational and friendly inn nature. Followed the usual approach of behavioral and situational questions and a tad bit technical to gauge the application of concepts. The entire process took around 2 weeks owing to the extended weekend.
