Interview
First step in interview process was a set of online games. Interviews were also online this year, with a group interview first, followed by a group case interview and then individual practice interviews. Each stage was about a week or two apart, and for the practices different practices would select you for interviews and decide if they want you. Overall procress took about 1 month.

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
