Interview
Online submission followed by call interview, in-person assessment centre and online interview . Assessment centre consisted of a group project and presentation. After the assesment centre, a more defined role was selected for me and then the online interview was held based on that chosen role.
There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
