Interview
Firstly, i am happy that i got the great opportunity from one of the biggest companies in the world that is IBM , it happened on feb 19 2017 and it is three day process and it is offcampus drive.
These are the rounds of the IBM process which i had faced
1. Aptitude (ipat).
2. English and business related email rules( kenexa).
3. Java coding (45 min on mainly strings).
4. TR + HR ( final round).
Actually this process done in Cmr institute of technology, medchal .
On the first day three rounds were done one after the other and many people attended the drive as it is offcampus drive so I thought it's difficult but I just frankly saying try to put confidently what you have that's it .
I just did the same thing because i attended the many companies I rejected mainly in first round, and I completed the first round means aptitude, English, coding and in the evening around 4 pm they announced results luckily I am one of them . I don't know that if we clear this round we are almost in and I thought there is a group discussion but further round is TR and HR both combined. On 21st feb biometric and documents verification uploading on IBM career portal etc...further, TR and HR was done with basic technical questions and HR questions as you can familiar with that simple and easy just be confident with good communication is must. Further I waited out side as I am the last candidate in my panel.
After that the result will be said immediately, but I don't got result that you got selected but many of them said that you can check on IBM portal iam little confused. But some them said sorry you were not selected, you can leave for this day live example I experienced after hr and tr this(hr+tr) feedbackwill be sent to another panel in that everyone will be called asked their gov id based on their name they(hr) said one person beside me that you were not selected and you can leave for this day at that moment i was soooooo afraid :0 and I thought in my mind that boss ready to listen the same thing . He took my id and asked email id and mobile said after 2 min that you can go. I was confused about what I have selected or not. Many said you can check on IBM portal, next day I received a mail to confirm about our details like name etc. On 24 feb I received eoi letter from IBM and waiting for offer letter hope it comes early as fast as possible. And IBM hr were so cool and friendly nature. In my interview I felt that and the process for getting an offer letter is some what fast compared to another companies because some of my friends who got placed and not placed ( who attended the drive ) had said so that it's lucky to be selected and getting offer letter without much delay.

It was great ez they asked me pretty basic stuff such as palindrome and string manipulation and the interviewer was a bit frank with me he and i did some chit chat for a bit as occured that we were from same town

The one thing that they asked me was what technology are u familiar with that IBM uses
The process was okay but the result of the interview took so much time. NO reply to the mails as well. interview was offline and has 3 different rounds. one language round, then coding round and then interview.
First round was a language round that was conducted online. We were asked multiple simple questions in English to test our listening, speaking and reading skills. The next round was a coding assessment round. We were shown two questions of easy-medium level difficulty from the competitive coding website Hacker Rank. The 3rd round was a behavioral assessment round where we were given 5 questions and for each question we were allotted 5 mins to answer before the system automatically submits and goes to the next question. The questions were similar to "Explain about a situation where your leadership allowed for a problem to be solved" etc. The last round was the interview round where they asked both technical and non technical questions. The technical questions that were asked where from the projects we have made that were noted down on our resumes.
