IBM Hardware Engineer interview questions

The process was relatively smooth! There was a video call over Zoom which had around 12 people in the call. Not very technical - they mostly asked about my experiences on my resume and what classes I was taking. Seemed very enthusiastic and wanted me on even before the interview!

Not too much tough technical interview. Mostly focus on your previous work experience and your interest. They are more interested in how you are and how you handle challenges and conflicts
