IBM Gerente interview questions

Bon échange avec les intervenants opérationnels IBM. Entretiens croisés avec des questions similaires. Nécessité de la connaissance des métiers et activités du groupe. Mise en situation lors de l'entretien sur des cas concrets clients utilisateurs.

The position is for IBM Malaysia. First interview went well. It was a F2F interview. Normal technical interview and situational / describe a situation kind of interview. Interviewer even shared her contact number for me to contact her regarding the hiring process. Followed up with first interviewer and got a second interview after a month from first interview. It was online interview. Second interview was good as well which the interviewer shared all the positive reviews from my first interviewer. Ended second interview with "we will call and arrange for final interview with a C-suite by next week". One month plus gone, but still no update. I contacted the first interviewer but this time no reply. Felt a bit weird that the position keep on reposted on LI. So, I decided not to wait / consider an employment with a very slow and unprofessional hiring process.
