IBM Data Engineer interview questions

They appeared to be extremely uncoordinated internally throughout the process, with scheduling and communication issues every round. A 2nd interviewer didn’t show up to my first round, so that needed to be rescheduled. My last round was actually cancelled and replaced with my getting an offer instead. Business unit was a data service consulting company that got recently acquired by IBM, so probably some chaos from that. The interviewers themself were very friendly.

IBM scheduled an interview without asking for my availability, forcing me to miss class in order to attend as I was completely unable to reschedule it. I was also sent no email in the days following the interview to update me on the status of my application. I had to look at the website to see that I was no longer under consideration. Just an overall awful process.
