IBM Business Analyst interview questions

Interview process is smooth and no hassles. they did walkin very planned way. why not they do it in weekdays. so weird.Most of the questions are basic. no advanced Questions. Any java developer can easily answer such questions.

The selection process includes tests in English and logical thinking, group dynamics and individual interviews. The tests are not so difficult. The group dynamic was hard to tell what they expected. Me anda other girl from the group i was had an offer. The interview was in portuguese and english, but I know that is not usual to have english interviews.
