Hi evryone !! I am very glad to share my interview Process here. If you wish to join in IBM. I strongly recommend you to prepare for "IBM" 1. Aptitude Test 2. English assessment Test . Concentrate on IBM Latest Question Papers. 1.Aptitude Test Consist of 2 sections 1. Number series 2. General Apti 1.Workout all Number Series Questios in IBM Placement papers. Initially You will find some difficulties but once you trace the format its very easy. (Important) 2. General Apti is Normal 2. English Assessment is very easy

3.Technical/HR/PDM (Project Delivery Manager) This round is quite normal . They will be asking basic questions in Area of Interest that you Mentioned in your resume . Be confident and bold, answer all the questions. DBMS: 1. What is the diff b/w MS Access/Mysql/Oracle 2. How will you store image in Database. 3. Have to write query for the given scenario. 4. Write the program for swapping without using Temp Variable. These are some of the question that I remembered. Prepare Well !! All d Best !!

Hiring was on campus we had 4 rounds aptitude ,English skills , Face to face and Group Discussion.But the process was pretty simple. If you are good at communication skills and technical there is a fair amount of chance that you get selected.

Interview

I was applied through an invitation came from college for off campus drive and the drive consists of three rounds and a span of two days.First round was Aptitude consisting of questions on Number Series and after that test on English Pronounciations and business letter formats.After clearing these rounds on the next day there was a technical plus HR round on next day. If you clear the first two rounds then you are 90% selected only.
