A lady sitting with laptop asked few general questions.this round is to check your communication.She went through RESUME and asked questions accordingly.finally she asked DO YOU BELIEVE IN EASY AND EASY GO.IF YES,EXPLAIN.I explained with a live example.even to my friends she asked very different questions.some questions like what you do if you were a tree and so on..this is to test how we react to different situations.Through out the process she is typing in laptop. Qualified final round HR each person it went for 20 to 25 minutes.i went inside.he is going through my resume and first two rounds printed report. first 10 minutes he asked about family.next he started asking about core which am damn poor as am from electrical department. he asked me why do you want to shift from electrical to IT which i couldn't explain properly. he asked did you learn any software package.no answer from me.so obviously rejected in HR
